Fixed the clutch?
Could it have been normal for the clutch to be soft, and release kinda funny, after a new disc? It seems fine now, after a few days of stoplight races and mud bogs. Also, yeah I am going to put on an 11" clutch, but only after I swap in the lightning motor that is in my garage. Eric

Fixed the clutch?
It is possible that the clutch needed a "break in period". Maybe the hydraulic system needed to run out some air bubbles? That is if the system was opened up.

Fixed the clutch?
I didnt even open the clutch, and I also tried bleeding it after the pedal got soft, to no avail. The lightning motor is from a 97 rollover, not a bad one, but enough to get a salvage title, and insurance. I took it all, seat, motor, tranny, axle, tires and rims, all the wiring, anything worth removing, I took. Eric
