I've noticed that on here, especially in the club (where I don't hang out much). People are much ruder, and much braver online.

 

It's sad the people don't attempt to be civil when interacting with others anymore regardless of how they are interacting.

 

Well, if you don't have to be accountable, then a lot of people don't care.

 

Welcome to the world of customer service. LOL. I did not have too many rude people on the other end when I worked the Sony account. Maybe I was just lucky.

It'a probably just my luck to get the headcase calls. I get some really nice people on the phone too. That helps to even the day out.

 

They have to break the newbie in right.

It really is interesting how similar a meth head bumming for change and an entitled person who spent to much on a rug sound the same on the phone.

 

You get to hear all kinds on the phone. Some good, some bad. LOL

Afternoon everyone. We are almost through June already. I hope its been good month for everyone.

Luckily I have been getting more good people on the phone than the entitled meth heads. Don't worry though, I am still getting my daily dose of them.

 

I have had better months, but then, i have had worse ones too. So I count my blessings. So, how do entitled meth heads even know how to dial tech support? You would think their brains have already turned to mush. LOL

Jim, you would be surprised at what some of these people can do but probably have to wear flipflops because they can't tie shoes. LOL
