I have a contact that will print the Eddie Bauer script as a decal for the owners that wish to replaced damaged or missing decals.
They can be printed in practically any color including luminescent. I received two for my 1996 F150 just this morning in a tan/mocha color and
you can't tell the difference from the Ford original.

Roger T and 95fiveoh, I just received an Email from the vendor about the decals and he can make the 4x4 but there's and issue with the shading. If you look at the image you'll see the shading go to 2 different shades along with the black main 4x4 image. He is unable to do the shading and has to cut the bottom of the image at the 4x4. As far as the colors, the medium calypso green is not in his pallett. The reflective silver is but again, it's not quite the image Diesel Brad provided. No shading so the image will not appear to pop.
We're limited to single colors such as the Eddie Bauer decals.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I'm pretty sure the printer can still make these but the size I got is just outside the factory decal. We had to increase the size just a bit to fit his print parameters. Something about the script. I did notice mine were a bit longer and taller that the ones I removed. What color were you looking for. Sorry but I don't have the color palette available to post.
I have searched the net for replacement decals and have contacted Ford dealers trying to purchase factory originals but am told they are no longer available. The Eddie Bauer site did not respond to inquiries. Don't know if making them is a copyright infringement or not but as of now I had no other way to get them and was trying to complete my truck as stock.
