My question is there a correct method for the roof color on the back of the cab? Some have it, some are left white. My 2 trucks are different.

I believe that the correct method is to bring the roof color down to the belt line as in your turquoise example.

When I do a search of images for 65- 66 f series I see some with some without.

I think you are correct. Searching the 66 F250 images I only see that the red and white examples with a white back.

FoMoCo never painted a truck like the Rangoon Red/Wimbledon White example in post 1. The Caribbean Turquoise/Wimbledon White truck below it is painted correctly.
