the electric speedo should pose no problem, you just need the correct sender, but anyways, i would find a "doner"truck, or just a buddies and do some measuring, but no matter what, it'll be alot of work.

I haven't done the truck swap, but I did swap a 95 Tbird dash into a 79 Tbird, and it was a ton of work. I had about 200 hours into getting the dash in and fitting right. Then there is the trouble of the heater duct work and electronics. Anything can be done, but it does take time.
