it is not easy. if you want to do it bad enough, anything is possible.
the 80-96 2wd and 4wd use same frame. the earlier models are different from 80-96 as well as being different from2wd to 4wd.

yes, but stay away from 80-82 because it was the first years of new style and may have some carryover parts. and stay away from 87-late 88 due to one piece hubs.

Just curious but......
Iwould also like to hear some particulars on putting the late 70 dana front end under my 89 f-150. I read Daren Woods article and it didnt sound that hard but how does the caster come out? things like that.....
