I have had my 08 6.4 F250 for a few years now. What has recently started happening is the blower is not "blowing". I can set the fan speed and the compressor will cool the air that is coming through the vents. However the blower turns on more times then not and what ever speed I set it to it stays at. So it seems the hotter it gets the more likly the blower is to act up. is this the fan module, blower or the motor resistor?
Could be any of the following: Blower, blower motor control module, blower relay, fuse F24 (under hood), EATC module, wiring/connections. There is no "motor resistor" on an EATC system.
You could go through and inspect/reseat every connection and you might get lucky finding that you had an intermittent connection. Other than that, it's going to take patience and troubleshooting to find where the circuit is opening up.
Since the fan not working is random I have noticed if I leave the ac(and fan) on when I turn the truck off it is less likely to work when I tun truck on. Does lead to a certain part more?

Unfortunately, not really.
If you have a meter or test light and some patience, we can probably narrow it down.
