No. And if you got a transmission that would bolt up to the 390, the 390 was never offered in these trucks and it will take a lot of fabrication to install it. It's been done before, but with all the other great engines that Ford did offer in these trucks, I don't think it's worth the trouble to do it.
The 390 is what's known as the "FE" family of engines.
Long answer - the C6 behind your 4.9 / 300 six has a small block (302 & 351w motors) bell bolt pattern.
The 390 would have a big block bell bolt pattern. So if you can find a big block bell bolt pattern C6 you could then use the 390 in your truck.
BUT I don't think it will be a bolt in. I am sure the frame side motor mount brackets will not work from any of the motors that were used in the any of the 80 - 86 trucks.
Then you have to deal with the radiator as I know the 300 one would not keep that 390 cool, the hose hookups not in the right place.
Then you have the opening in the support not big enough for a big block radiator.
Now a 460 big block did come in our trucks but as with the 390 big block you need a C6 big block bell, radiator & support.
The front cross member is notched for the oil filter but you can remote mount it. And you can get the frame brackets.
