Heading over to the 57-60 Forum for a bit to do a build thread, nobody wanted this one so going to throw it on a 2007 Crown Vic police car chassis. Hey, all the cool kids are doing it!
Goodluck with it,does that bolt right onto that frame or you need to modify the mounting points?
Well that depends on how you look at it. The floors are rusty in the F100 so I think I will be using the crown vic floors, and they are already bolted down to the frame. Normally I would not go this way, if the F100 was a solid truck I would keep the F100 floors and firewall, but with the rust repair needed I may as well just use the Vic floors and firewall. This will be a LOW dollar build so nothing fancy going on.
Good luck with your build...I have attempted that technique a couple of times without much luck, hope you can make it work.
Oh it will work. I got a sledge hammer and two tubes of PL construction adhesive, and once I get a new roll of duct tape this one is going together quick!
Hey Dave,
Why not just post your build here.... What are friends for... we'll support you.
There only like (10) folks viewing over there while we have 400. Post a note to those (10)
folks & stay here with us. We'll be nice.

Sounds like a candidate for the 'just because you can doesn't mean you should' thread.

Lol I know, that forum is pretty slow compared to here, but I figured I should use the right place to post. You all on this side helped me a ton with info when I started with the 51s so hoping it will be similar over there. Subscribe to keep up on the fun!

You may be disappointed in the level of support after being part of this forum. But I may be wrong. I'm not knocking the other forum. It's just that this is the best one I've ever visited.

You are probably right!
