So my ac hasn’t been great for a while, but it seems to have stopped cooling. Turn it on max ac and it just blows warm. It usually starts blowing in defrost but then eventually comes out of the dash vents. The compressor clutch is turning. I put a set of gauges and both high and low side were within a few psi of each other at about 75. After I shut the truck off and it sat, the pressure crept up to around 100. Any thoughts where to go from here? Orifice tube? Pressure switch? Should I have the system evacuated, I can pull a vacuum and recharge.

Small vacuum leak in the vacuum motor control circuit or supply.

Are you sure that both the outer clutch hub and the inner shaft are both turning in unison?

Your compressor isn't doing any compressing.
After I shut the truck off and it sat, the pressure crept up to around 100.
Probably the system was just warming up, either from an increase in the ambient temperature or from absorbing heat from a hot engine. That's your static pressure and it's temperature dependent.
You NEED to identify what you are working on and it would be a good idea to say where you're at so we can get an idea of the ambient weather conditions. The conditions would be drastically different between Denver and Miami, for example.
It’s a 2006 6.0L, Roanoke va. It was about 75 out today. Clutch hub and shaft appear to be spinning together, hard to tell. With the truck off, I’m barely able to spin the pulley/ clutch by hand from underneath. I’m hoping the compressor isn’t shot
Assuming your report of the action of the clutch plate and the shaft turning in unison is accurate, I'd say either the compressor shaft has sheared internally or the reed valves are gone.
Equal pressures (or nearly the same) from a spinning compressor indicate a bad compressor. Going to be hot this weekend in Bedford, Va so you'll be feeling it too! Time to find a good AC shop.
