new here!
I'd check all grease joints front to back, look for leaks. Crawl.under it looking for rust issues. Pull the plastic threshold/sill guard and check the rockers for hidden rust. If you have rubber mats definitely slide your hand under the mat if it's wet rip it out. Looks like you live in a fairly dry area of town.
Check the top seam by the rain channel, if that goes you risk the cab.
Nice looking truck.
As was posted is all things to do / look up for.
The other is just normal service like oil changes on the motor, rear axle and if auto the fluid& filter you also have tune ups.
If you can use a pressure bleeder for the brake system flush the brake fluid.
If you do the pump & hold you can risk hurting the master. Because the piston in the master does not move a lot during normal use so when it moves into that un-used area it hurts the seals on the piston.

Great tips from everyone so far.
I'd look very carefully inside the cowl through the vents in the top cover. If you see any broken up caulking/seam-sealer, pull the cover and be sure to address asap. I'm going through this now. Better to catch it sooner than later!
Also, look at your drip-rails and make sure the seam sealer isn't failing. This will cause rust in several different areas as water seeps inside seams.
