Maybe a silly question, maybe not.
Have had 19 F350 6 months. Opening both front doors now cause a popping sound at the same place....appears or sounds like the plastic piece in the middle of door. I “Wd-40’d” the hinges, etc...and still pops when opening, instead of nice and quiet.
Any suggestions?

If it sounds like its coming from the middle of the door, and/or plastic, then why apply WD-40 to the hinges? (Also, WD-40 is not a lubricant, it is a solvent that can wash away lubricant.) Anyway, check to make sure the plastic step panel (above the rocker panel) is laying flat at the entrance, and all moldings are secure.
