Bilstein 4600 shock leaking - Question

I purchased and installed a set of Bilstein 4600's on my 96 F250 4x4 this past September (9/18). I rotated the tires yesterday and pulled the shock boots down on the front shocks. When I pulled the boot down on the driver side front shock I noticed it started leaking oil.

I'm sure this isn't normal. Anyone else have this issue? Should I replace the shock ASAP?

Make sure that it is actually leaking oil...….because IIRR, they are 100% gas shocks....if they are leaking oil, replace.
