They are aftermarket and available from various vendors. BTW...that looks like a 55 F100.

Charlie,
I looked through all my pictures and guess I didn’t take a picture of the whole truck. I don’t think it was a Visor. I thought someone said it was off a 50’s ford and was a whole trim cover. I could be wrong on the truck it was on or what I thought it is.
