running rich

95 f-150, 2wd,I6.
My truck seems to be running rich. There is no smoke but the smell brings tears to your eyes. Can't tell at speed but at sitting still it gets to be strong.

Any help?

try a complete tune-up and see if that helps. Most cases it does...
