Well looks like some POS tried to break into my truck last night. I guess they didn’t know about the laminated glass. $400 to get replaced with OEM at safelite. Hopefully that goes well today. They hit several cars in out neighborhood. We have video of them. So, we shall see...

Yes that is the crappy dealer tint. I wanted to get it replaced but not this way. Safelite popped in the new window in less than 30 minutes. Crazy fast.

 

Lame. Glad he didn’t get into the truck. I had to chase off a reject that was in my truck a few months ago too. Good times.

 

Sorry that you had to go through this. Same thing happened to my wife's old Jeep when she was parked at work.

 

Catch them, strip them naked, and drag them behind the truck until you feel justified !!! HATE a thief !!!!

 

Well that’s a bit extreme.

 

I don't know. Like many others here who work hard EVERY day to be able to afford nice things like these trucks, who does NOT mess with, nor destroy anyone else's property. I think that is being kind.

I was raised NOT to touch, nor bother anyone else's property.

It has to do with how you were raised.

I'm sure 99.9999% of the people here were raised the same way.

Well I will be adding the $10 LED flashing light that just plugs into the alarm module.(Ford Part # DM5Z-19D596-A) Maybe that will help stop the next jerk.
