Spark Plug Gap

What should the spark plug gap measurement be on a 4.9l Straight 6 engine?

What altitude are you operating in ?

Should be on this label under the hood. On the front radiator support.

Mine says Gap .042 - .046

I believe Mr. vjsimone pretty much nailed this one: "1986; Copper Resistor Spark Plug; GAP - 0.044"
