Got my Torque Dongle

Up to 220 (or maybe it's 230) is considered normal operating temperature by Ford. Without working it hard I'd expect to see it stay under 200. 250 is where I'd start thinking hard about doing something to stop it from rising any more. Don't shut it off if it's over heating, the heat soak will make it rise even more, put it in N or P and hold a high idle 'till it starts dropping. It takes a little while, but once it starts dropping it usually drops incrementally faster.
