Nearly two years ago my dad and I picked up 95 f150 4x4, it most certainly isn't the prettiest, or the best runner but we've slowly been getting it there. Yesterday at 10:00 in the morning we finally fired it up after buttoning up the fuel system, sadly no recording but I can nab some quick pictures of it if you want. Just posting about this to show whats been done/ what I need to do. Did learn my lesson about open manifolds on the inline 6, that was a mistake. By the way my names David.
Used to have a bent hood, installed this one when we bought it. Fuel system just had a full redo, that's why the beds jacked up, and the tarp is my shed for working on things. The good side. New column is installed thanks to AK FORD GUY, had to convert to manual, we still feel like we owe you shipping. Interior is being fixed as of now.

Absolutely no problem young man, I am glad it went to good use. I think it is great that you guys are bringing the truck back to life.
Pretty ingenious idea for your work area.
I have a decent wrecking yard near me, so let me know if there are any small odds and ends that you guys need.
Either shoot me a PM or post it in this thread.
EDIT - If you guys ever come to Anchorage, let me know ahead of time. If I am not at work, we'll have to meet up for lunch or something. (I only live a few miles from Anchorage)
Just about to wire wheel the floor should look better, soon as that the interior will slowly be installed. Door pins are being held in with wire, whatever works I guess. The interior laid out on some plywood.
Inside is certainly not as rusty as I thought it would be, although the bench seat is going to need some fixing. Any of you ever heard of the bolt holding the top section on to the bottom of the seat section breaking.
Yeah going pretty smoothly, i'm sure that I just jinxed it by uttering those words. Gonna be a bit more time before next update cause my sisters getting married. Hopefully I will grab a video of it running its pretty strong, even after I put a rear main and clutch in by myself .
Anyone that's seeing this does this look like a burned trace?
Asking because this could be causing the hard starting we've been experiencing, no clue but everything checked out good except for this spot.
if your soldering skills are good you could use a jumper from one solder joint to the next, and see if it helps, AK FORD GUY might could source you another if you see that helped
Well, It's been a couple months. Sister got married and school started, and my dad retired and just got a new job, and I picked up 2 Aussies from Idaho. So I'm going to start to work on it again. Got the inside together, and installed a used computer, then had to install a fuel pump which I got in, in 2 hours compared too my 3 week fiasco last time it was out. New goals to note, have to have used tires mounted, whilst the tires are off gotta paint the rims, have to do the front U joints, cover up an exhaust leak, bleed the clutch and brakes, then we can take her on her maiden voyage. then I will see if a block of wood can be used as a front bumper. Pics are coming soon, It just hasn't stopped raining for a week.
Update #1
Today while tightening the last part that would make the truck mechanically sound, the water pump bolt snapped and I had just used the last of the rtv. Son of a diddly, that was the last bolt, now tomorrow gotta find a way to extract it and then hope after drilling we won't have to re drill and retap, talk about lovely jubbly.
Sorry about your luck!
is enough sticking out, if you (sorry I'm saying this out loud) remove the pump you could get vise grips on it, after spraying lots of penetrating oil on it, and get out? If not use a extractor to get it out, they drill in reverse and sometimes they will start screwing the broke piece out
