Front End Clicking
There is a clicking sound coming from the front end when my hubs are locked and close to or at full lock and the truck is in 2wd. In 4wd it seems to go away. I’ve got a 2002 F250 with manual hubs and transfer case. Anybody have the same or similar issue or experience with it. I’ve never had a 4x4 do this before.

I replaced the oem hubs in my 2006 F350 maybe six or seven years ago with manual Warn Premium hubs. Never had any issues with them; still turn/lock smooth as silk. Was a dedicated plow truck so left them locked all winter.
