I have a 2003 F250 Super Duty with the factory radio with the 6 cd player. I love this radio unfortunately the cd part has jammed. I can't get my cd in or out or to change. AGGHHH! I would love another just like it but I doubt they are available so what are y'all using? It needs to be super simple just like the one from the factory. lol

I too love my OEM 6 CD changer head and I have the same setup as you. Like yours, mine jammed recently and the CD (which was in the 3rd position) was stuck in eject mode ... right at the door opening. In fact, I could see the edge of the CD while it was at the end of the eject cycle.
I took a thin, flat edged piece of metal (in my case it was a flat, metal key chain fob ... perhaps a wide slot screwdriver might work), and I gently pushed in on the CD while working the CD & eject buttons. After about 4 tries, it engaged and ejected the CD like normal. No problem since. Can't say I really fixed it because I don't really know what was broken if anything at all. I think it just jammed and then un-jammed with some gentle persuasion. Mine works like new again.
Bronco if you want my stock 6cd player PM me your address and I will box it up and send it to you, I don't want anything for it as it will just sit on shelf in garage, I have no use for it, there is nothing wrong with it just replaced for Bluetooth radio about 3 weeks ago.
When mine died I ended up putting in a "newer" unit from a Mountaineer. I got an Audiophile model with more power and put in some Pioneer 3-way speakers in the doors and that made a big difference in sound for me.
