transmission problems
I fave a 79 f100 with a three speed manual. I'm missing one of the four bolts on the front bottom of either my transmission or my gear box. I discovered this after i saw a little fluid on my driveway. Does anyone know that grade fluid I need to add to it and what size bolt I need?

put 80-90 in it ,where axactly is the bolt mising from,sounds like its the bolt that holds the gearbox to the bellhousing if thats the one just take one of the other ones out to see what size they are and check the other 2 and make sure they are tight,but that bolt wont be part of the leak problem.

My auto tech teacher told me it's probally part of the bell housing. It's one of the four bolts on the front. Two up top and off to the sides and the other two are down low and more toward the center. He said it probally wasn't tightened enough and vibrated loose.
