clueless eng stumble

99 Expedition 4.6 Eng stumbles at about 35MPH. Also at take off and around 60MPH. Wouldn't an 02 sensor give a code or check Eng light ?

Well I'm getting no help on thr 4.6 forum. The stumble come at about 1500 rpm's not so much the speed. Still no code no cel just replaced fuel filter last week. Now just this morning it was hard to start. Now it was colder today but it stared first thing this morning after I stopped and tryed to start it after about an hour it took about 3-4 times to fire it had Battery but not fire any ideas???
