2011 250 6.7
Hey guys, just recently picked up a used 2011 250 lariat short bed with the 6.7L in it. Its raised "i dont know how much". And it also has 35" tires with 20" rims. I have done a search but i cant find any good info when it comes to tires and gears. I was wondering if the truck has been geared to run 35 inch tires on it. Now with RPM and speed. At 70 MPH my rpm's are right around 1500. At 60 im roughly around 1100-1200. What does your truck run at at highway speeds? Would gearing the truck be crucial and mandatory to keep the truck from ripping itself apart? Any info would be much appreciated.

The stock tire would have been a 275/65R20E, which is a 34 inch tire. Stepping up 1 inch won't make a huge difference, not worth changing the differential gearing in my opinion.

Awesome. Thank you. I wasn’t sure what was stock and what wasn’t. An inch isn’t a big deal at all.
