Rebates for 03's

I just looked up the '03 Explorer xlt on carsdirect.com to see if the rebates were continued - I'm looking at buying a new one. There's a $5000.00 rebate thru 12/01 (or sometime in December). The old rebate was $4500.00, but there was also a ford loyalty rebate if you own a '97 or newer Explorer. Don't know if the loyalty rebate is included in the 5 grand, or if it is not in effect anymore.
They also offer a free moonroof in NY. '03 Explorer xlt with tow package, running boards, roof rack, and the moonroof is $25050.00. Not bad
