Most of the aftermarket sites do not list items for the F450. Is it not the same fitament as the F350? I am trying to find info on replacing the steering stabilizer and front shocks specifically. Bilstien says they only make front shocks in the 4600 series for the 450 but I have see references to the 5100 from the 2016 being used. They said it will not work.

for f-450 you have to include searching for wide track f-350. for example, the dual stabilizer system for 8 bolt hubs f-250/f-350 is not the same product for wide track f-350/450. on an 8 bolt hub f-250/350 dual stabilizer mounting brackets clamp via u bolt to the axle. on a wide track f-350/f-450, a bracket is mounted to the gearbox cover bolt holes as well as the u-bolt system.
I also learned that if you buy the bracket with no shocks, the rear stock shocks will fit as dual sta shocks. especially if the old shocks are not gas charged.
for the rear f-450, some years use square axles (dana 110) and some years use round axles.
