I joined up here years ago after getting a lightly used 2002 F150 Lariat. I guess I got caught up in work and other forums and lost touch here. Well, 15 years later I finally got another truck, a 2016 F150 Lariat. Still have the old one, almost 200K miles and I'll be selling it in a couple weeks. Wow, Ford has come a long way with the F150 platform in the last two decades. The new truck is absolutely massive and I feel like I'm driving down the road in my living room.
First mod was trimming the antenna in order to get the damn thing in my garage. I dipped the cut end in JB Weld to cover the sharp tip, works just like stock.
Wow, what a shocker. I updated my email address as the one in my profile was closed down 5 years ago. Now the forum is treating me like a new member with no private messages, no signature, etc. Oh well.
