Speedo gear?

I've got a 91 F-150 4x4 with 3.55 ratios, and super lame 235/75's. I've done some looking and decided that it's going to need 32's. My question is on how bad is this gonna toss off my speedo, and how do i correct this? Is there a replacement gear that screw's into the transfer case where the cable goes in? Or is it on the tranny? I haven't even looked. I know for Jeeps they make an adapter that screws right on, but how bout Fords?

Thanks a bunch!

The driven gear on speedometer cable is available with different number of teeth to correct speedometer. No adapter needed. Cable goes to back of transfercase on 4wd.

The dealer should have a chart but the parts man normally is to lazy to look it up.
