Big thing for me, manual transmission. You can't get one in a F-150. Not even an option. Why???
I talked to Ford. They said manual transmissions stopped going in these trucks in 2009. I asked if I could buy one without a transmission at all and they laughed. I didn't. Lol

What about seats that fold all the way back and meet with the bottom of the rear seats to make a bed of sorts? Ever tried sleeping sitting up in a truck? My neck hurts thinking of it.

There was some talk a few years ago about an internal ladder rack telescoping up from the tailgate and forward end of the box. I would love to have that. A couple of hundred pound capacity would be fine for a ladder or occasional longs lengths of wood. I usually get my lumber delivered, but on occasion have to run out and grab something.

 

This... except I'd probably buy it in a Super Duty.

360 camera option with a front bench seat. Why this combo is not available baffles me.

 

Ability to adjust the volume of the backup alert. How this is not available baffles me. If this is available in FORscan software, please let me know.

 

How about a decent set of LED projector headlights that you can R&R for less than $100?

 

Manual trans is the big one for me. I would also like a rear window that would entirely go down. Ford did it in the late 80's, find it hard to believe they can't do it now.

 

I'd like to be able to turn on the rear view camera without putting it into reverse, and I'd like a more bulletproof windshield (I'm on my 3rd one in just over 3 1/2 years).

 

I'd like that too (reverse camera). The windshield thing is a kind of a luck of the draw kind of thing. I've had it go both ways on all of our cars/trucks we've had over the years.

I would like to have the Massaging Seats option that is available in the Platinum available as an option in the SCAB 502A.
I would also like to see the Factory Power Running Boards available as an option on the SCAB.

 

I'd like to see a return of the Ford B-150 like in Mexico. It was basically the F-150 but shaped like an Expedition with two doors on the right side and one door on the left. Cheaper models had just one door on the right. Never sold in the U.S. and Argentina had its own version of the big B-150, they called it Carrozada while we Mexicans called it CarryAll.

Nothing fancy. I don't want the fancy Expedition. A lot were also panel trucks with no windows on the sides (except for the front windows).
