Lug nuts
I have a 1996 f250 with aluminum wheels what lugs should be on it. It has just cone ones on it. The shop that inspected it said they were the wrong ones. It should have the ones with a washer on them. I have look at parts websites and all I find is the cones ones.

if your wheels are hub centric, the cone shaped lug nuts you are using are the proper ones

If you have OEM alcoa wheels then your shop is WRONG. They use acorn style nuts as the wheels are LUG centric, NOT HUB centric
