Morning world...welcome to the start of a new and glorious day !! Yankmees invade Oriole Park today...hope we can continue our dominance over them ! Lost to the Jays last evening.but tried to make a nice comeback.
Guys, when the repair guy came and opened the door to the compressor area he did a quick inhale and groaned. Someone had done a previous repair to this LG and replaced and rewired to "make fit" some non-authorized China parts to this refer . When he got over the shock of seeing what was done to *******ize the system he asked to take photos of everything inside the electronics and compressor section. He also stated the I was lucky that my circuit breaker popped when it did and prob saved the house from burning down. Everything would have had to be replaced again to make it workable. Compressor, dryer, etc etc etc.....He didn't even charge for the call for repair. Resetting the Freon by flipping it would not have fixed this problem, John and Rod. .

Morning Bud and everyone. Sorry to hear about the fridge issues but it is a lot better to replace it than needing to replace everything due to a fire.

Good afternoon Budlandia! Damn, good thing that breaker did it's job! Our LG fridge is currently at the shop. Damn compressor crapped out, after only 7 years. Nothing is made to lasts anymore.

Morning World .... refer problems OVER ! New GE installed and working great ! Actually have more inside space now with same outside dimensions.
Pat, you DO know that the compressor in the LG has a 10 year warranty, don't you?
