How do PCOs work?

Is there an activation number that you give to the dealer or how does it work?

Hey I’m having problems finding a PCO and wanting to trade my 17 larriat for a 19 platinum, is there any way you can help? Thanks Stephen King

PCO

There are a number of threads on this. At the upper right corner of the screen you will see a magnifying glass. Hit it, then enter "PCO". I just tried it and several showed up. You should be able to find a link or two in one or more of the threads. I was able to and I got lucky last week. $3000 PCO. Just keep trying.

Some have gotten them quickly, some have had to keep trying. Patience and many repeated tries finally paid off for me. I probably spent about 10 hours, but in the end that equates to about $300 per hour spent.

Last fall I posted several detailed descriptions of my experience. In October I called the 800 number and got a $750 followed by a $2000 PCO. In each instance, I was given a CERTIFICATE number which I gave to my dealer via a phone call. Done Deal. When I picked up my truck in December 2018, the $2000 PCO amount was taken off my buy price. The whole experience was pleasant, particularly the $2000 gift from Ford.

Do you, or anyone know, if the PCO can be used in addition to the A Plan price?
