Dual battery bracket

I am having trouble with my 2006 F350 with v10 and a dump hoist. A bunch of hoist use will deplete the battery even with the alternator on. I just can't get enough from the alternator. I'm considering a second battery to get a little bit more reserve for when this happens. Can I just install a diesel battery mount and put it in there? It looks like there is room on the drivers side.

Why does it have to be in the engine compartment? Do you have room out under the bed with the hoist? The hoist would like it much better if the battery was not very far away from it.
