An add-a-leaf setup for the front will help. You might also consider a spring hanger systems to raise the front up a bit. The front end of my truck was sagging considerably before I put my lift on, but I replaced all the springs with the lift so the problem was fixed. I used to bottom the front out quite a bit before the lift. It's irritating, but not much you can do other than either replace the entire springs with stronger springs (X springs from a dealer) or what I mentioned before.
