I thought i might get some install instructions with the purchase of my kit but it didn’t come with it. I’m doing the kit tomorrow and I need to finish tomorrow. I have a SD intercooler and I might need to drill the 1/2 inch holes. I am confident I will figure it all out but any information that would help my process along would be great. I can’t be leave PMF didn’t send a one page printout with the product. I also coul t find a PDF on there site. It would be nice to know all the bolt and nut sizes, tools needed before I start the project. Any information and help or pics people might have would be a lot of help.

Its about as straight forward as it gets. Once you put it up to the frame, you’ll see how it goes together. You may need to shave a tiny bit on the frame as it’s a real tight fit. All hardware should be included, so you can match socket sizes as needed.
I didn't have to modify my PMF kit for my 6.0 intercooler.
Also, we just used whatever bolt fit in the holes. We had to take two off to put in a different spot, but it wasn't too bad at all.
Take your time and have fun! Also a Gantry crane or 2 post lift makes this job MUCHO easier. We lifted my truck's front end in the air with our overhead gantry crane and put a sawhorse under the frame (sawhorse made out of 10" I-beam... #Fabshop)
