Big fuel problem
Apoligize for the double post. new here, didn't see this section...!988 2.9l ranger. Wife arrives home running fine, go to leave 20 min. later and she is blowing white smoke , and lots of it out the tailpipe. No water in the oil and the radiater looks pure green. So I check and it is not water coming out tail pipe but fuel actually dripping on the ground, Just bought truck a couple weeks ago, just changed all fluids and filters last week ( including fuel). Any ideas would help..thanks

I had the same problems on my "89......fuel regulator valve was the problem......also check anything dealing with vacuum.....it took out the diaphram on the brake booster......also put gas into the crankcase...........
