rear wheel liners

Anyone install the rear wheel liners on their beds, my tires like to throw stones. Pete

I ordered them on my 2017. Makes washing out the salt & grime from the winter much easier.
I take a big brush and just spray down with cleaner then rinse.

Yup, right after I got it. Fords are easy, fit well. Husky seems to have some fitment issues, but they cover more.

Had them installed before I left the dealership. They work great for the reasons mentioned above and IMO look better. Truck has a more "finished" look with them.

Will quiet the stones down as well.

I also have the Husky's and really like them. Easy install and fit perfectly and provide more coverage than the other manufacturers including FORD.

I installed the Ford OEM ones shortly after we got the truck. Dresses up the wheel wells nicely (black instead of body color), and protects from rocks & mud. Easy install; I did not even have to dismount the rear wheels.

Mainly dirt roads where I live so rocks and gravel coming off the tires was my concern also. Previous rigs I've owned had the paint beat completely off the insides of the fender wells and the lips of the fenders and rusting badly. So the first thing I did after I got my truck was to install Husky liners and Bushwhacker flares. Quick and easy install on both.

I had a set of Husky’s installed until I had to remove them due to interference with my air bags. They are easy to install and look great. But grime does build up where they touch the truck, so you will actually get a more clean wheel well without the liners.

Wouldn't these protect the rear undercarriage more from salt in the winter months for those of us that live in the salt belt?

Yes they do especially if you pair them with mud flaps. You'll keep most of the crap off your truck.

Ordered our 2017 with factory liners. I installed Husky liners on my 2015. Won't have another vehicle without them !!

BOTH trucks have FORD mud-flaps as well.

If I'm planning on putting on a 6" lift and 35" tires would the liners get in the way at all?

I ordered mine with the Ford liners. I like the way they fit much better than the Husky’s I had on my last truck.

I had the Ford liners installed at the dealership. Definitely finishes off a white truck better, and much easier for cleaning.
