2013 explorer headlights cross eyed

I have a '13 explorer xlt and my headlights cross beams at a distance of about 30 to 60 feet out, is there a way to fix this and aim them left to right? it makes it really hard to see at night like this.

According to the manual, they can only be adjusted vertically; there is no horizontal adjustment.

That would make me think either your bulb(s) are loose or the whole housing had somehow broken and shifted. Easy to check the bulbs for tightness. For the housing, push on each of them and see if either of them mives while the other doesn’t.

I believe that's how there built...to cross. I wrote a post years ago....the headlights are terrible. Can't see going around a corner and a few times I almost hit a pedestrian at night because they don't shine far enough in front of the vehicle
