I am wondering if the mistake is that there should be some space between the 133 and the 6. The colour code for "6" is Bright Medium Blue (Bahama Blue) which looks like that might have been the original colour of the door. If there was the proper space between the 133 and the 6 then everything else might shift over so it lines up properly with the headings on the plate. Then, there might actually be characters under the axle heading at the end.
Obviously there was never a truck with a 1336" wheelbase, so 6 is the COLOR code.
1973 COLOR code 6 = Bright Medium Blue.
TRANS code G = Automatic Transmission, OP's F100 has a 390 so it's the C6.
