Cant tune 6.0 ecm

I have an 05 6.0 that i recently purchased, i had it bullet proofed and tried to tune the ecm but couldn't, it might have already had a tune but not sure, how can I reset to factory tune ?

To start, check fuse #12 in the passenger compartment. It is the cigar lighter/OBDII plug fuse. If the fuse is bad you won't be able tune the truck.
