So it's the E4OD you want to change not the engine, the AOD and C6 are automatic options and the M5 and ZF are manuals that will work, in all cases these will have to come from a truck with either the 4.9, 5.0 or 5.8 engines.
Thanks guys basically I'm probably going to have to replace the tranny I want to put the same one back in and just wanted to make sure if I found a good transmission that's a e40d from a 5.0 or 5.4 if they would fit or just find one from a 5.8 and another question is what year's am I able to run the transmissions in my 95 none after 96?
Ideally you want a late 1995-1997 E4OD as they are the most up to date. Source one from a 1995 or 1996 F150 or Bronco, or a 1997 F250 HD or F350 with a 5.8L. Older will work too but you'll need to do some research on solenoid pack compatibility.
What is wrong with your current trans? These are fully electronically controlled so any sensor problem can cause trans shifting issues. Many have paid thousands to replace a trans only to find the shifting problem still there, and that it was failure of a (cheap to replace) part elsewhere causing limp mode in the trans. Diagnosis is critical here.
Basically what it's doing is shaking I can watch my rpms and it's like it shifts late and when it does or when I'm trying to get up to speed the truck don't want to have pick up it with shake or shudder and when it does shift u can feel it shift hard I'm thinking my torque converter is bad

Have you done any actual diagnostics to go from "it's doing this weird thing" to "yep transmission is bad gotta swap it"?
IMHO...no. I believe the OP has three threads for issues with their truck.
No codes posted yet. I think new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Maybe a fuel filter.
Fuel filter was just replaced so was plugs wires cap and rotar like I said I'm having a mechanic put it on a scanner to see what's the issue cause the check engine light don't always come on when there is an issue
Doubt it's your torque converter. Have you checked the fluid level and condition using the correct procedure? Does your speedometer work normally and does your ABS light go out after the self-test?
for probably less what you will pay a mechanic to put your truck on a scanner you can buy your own scanner,no need to tow it and you will always have the scanner. Either way, your call.
