It must be a Hydro thing because they get it here if they work on a Saturday and triple on Sundays. They could make more on a weekend than they could during the week...lol

Our pay is in our union contract. Saturdays are all time-and-a-half, and Sundays are all double-time. We also get a premium for any time outside of 8-4 o'clock. Then we get a meal allowance, which is 18 dollars, and one hour of overtime. Adds up fast!

We used to have some incentives until Goldcorp took over then they started clawing them all back slowly but surely..

Same here. They took away our electrical discount (30%), reduced the 401K match, and went to really crappy health insurance.

Our new president (the one that shut down the nuke plant I worked at), is a complete d-bag. The guy is a f-ing used car salesman.
