Steering Wheel Vibration

Hello All, this winter when it gets cold and i first turn the wheel either way the wheel vibrates like rubber is rubbing together, it only does it a couple times and is gone. It doesnt do it when its warmed up or warmer outside. The service manager heard it on a service drive and asked what the hell that noise was. Long story short they where at a lose as what too do so they said they "changed the pump".....Bolts look untouched to me but what do i know. "Changing the pump" did not fix the problem.
Has anyone had this issue if so what is the fix whether it be personal or dealer fixed????????

If the bolts look untouched, the pump probably was not changed.

Do you have adaptive steering? My previous truck had it and recall experiencing some unusual sounds but they weren't that noticeable and just got use to it.

Yes i do have AS...........Im assuming the recall is in the trash??? lol

I have adaptive steering, when i first got my F350 I thought there was something wrong with steering. I felt a little wobble or rumbling. All is good so far.

Is adaptive steering part of the lariat ultimate package? I sure hope not. I hate anything that screws with the steering besides me. Same for braking. Can adaptive steering be disabled in forscan?
