I've got a 2018 f250 oxford white pickup. I would like to de-chrome the bumpers, mirror caps, and two big bars on grill. I would also like to install the amp research power steps. The morimoto headlights are preordered and awaiting shipping. I cant find vinyl that will match oxford white unless I use xcolorlabs. Xcolorlabs is the same price as powder coat. 3m g10 is not a match just fyi. Buying ptm bumpers with paint is close to same price as xcolorlabs or powder coat. What would be the best option considering no cheap vinyl for oxford white? Would you buy power boards first?

Look into Vivid vinyl, I think they are out of CA. The color match is spot on to Oxford white. I purchased a 5ft by 15ft roll. It was very reasonably priced. Far cheaper than any coating.

I have a peice I’ll send to you if you want, or can send pics

That sounds promising. Do you happen to know the code number of the vivid wrap?

Get the power boards first, they are both function and cosmetic. All your other mods are just cosmetic.

to me the gloss was too shiny, the matte has a sheen to it due to the paper it’s made out of. You can get a test roll of each for $5... wrap one mirror in matte and the other in gloss and see what you think. But the gloss was too much for my taste

Did you have the bumper painted or wrapped? I'm thinking of doing mine (black 2018 F350). Was thinking of having the bumper wrapped due to rock chips when painted....

It's all paint. I could not find any vinyl to match oxford white. Color x labs would match color codes, but it would of cost the same amount as paint and new bumpers
