You've come to the right place. Lots of good folks here with l-o-t-s of knowledge.
A good place to lurk is in your engine-specific forum since it has a smaller group there that know your "generation" of truck. Good stuff here in the general SD forum too but it spans 17 years of production trucks so it's a hit or miss on how much the threads will apply to you.
