The best place is probably your local junk yard.

The Hellwig aftermarket kits are far too expensive for what it is, so I vote salvage or parts truck.

How do you get the end-link mount off the spring perch? I tried and failed at the junkyard, figured there had to be an easier way.

Sometimes you get lucky and find a truck with the sway bar end link bracket on the spring perch. If it is the bracket under the spring perch you have to remove the nut that holds the I beam and radius arm together. It is torqued really tight and requires using penetrating lube and an extra long breaker bar.
