Thank Yall

I really want to thank you guys. What a country we have, to be able to do this kind of thing. Contrary to what the millennials think, it's the greatest country on earth. I'm 55 yrs old and this is my granddad's truck. He fought with Patton in WW2. I'm tackling this truck a little at a time. Have power steering.. Next, power brakes (prob. keep drums in back, discs in front). If y'all don't mind I'd like to ask some other things in new threads.

If you actually mean a chrome strip in the steering wheel itself, the would be Thunderbird.
Like my truck.

If you're on a budget, I have a horn ring that you can have for the price of shipping. It's pretty "patina'd" or pitted, you could say, but serviceable.
