Have only had the truck a month and did this with about 1200 miles on the clock. Found a new take off bumper from a 2019 that I had to buy the lamp assemblies and wiring harness for. Either way, probably took less than an hour by myself having only read other threads on how to take off the bumper.
Edit: For those that find this thread looking to do the same thing, you'll need an OBD2 reader with an MS/HS CAN switch. the FORscan codes necessary, with the same configuration as my truck, are:
BdyCM
Fog Lamp Circuit 726-45-02
Original Disabled Config: XXXX X0XX XXXX
Circuit Enabled Config: XXXX X1XX XXXX
IPC
Fog Lamp Indicator (FF) (I don't have forward collision warning (FCW) nor flex fuel (FFV) capabilities). These make more sense when looking at the spreadsheet.
My original config with all disabled: XXXX 0XXX
Enabling FF and leaving others disabled: XXXX 1XXX
I don't get the fog light indicator on the cluster. I think I found the forscan code necessary in the IPC. It says front collision warning, FFV, and fog lamp indicator. Anyone know what FFV stands for?
JGORD - I'd be interested in some of the plastic parts/bracing off your old bumper - Shoot me a PM if you want to sell basically everything but the chrome shell & valance.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it yet. There may be someone out here that needs the whole thing, but I'll let you know.
I ordered my truck with the XLT Value Package just for the fog lights. My last truck didn't have them and it sucked!
I searched for months looking for a ruby red truck. There were so few around I kinda had to settle cause I was set on the color. The dealer I went to had two on the lot. The other one was close to 75k with a lot of things I didn't want, like a sunroof, and this one was about 54k OTD with a 7 year ESP. Have already started the upgrades however. Isn't much I'm going to do to have it exactly where I want it.

That sounds great. If it were not so expensive to ship, I'd buy the whole thing off ya! Regardless, Good looking rig you have there, and the Fog lights are awesome!
JGORD, looks great!
Do you have the part numbers handy for everything you had to order to make this work?
I am looking to do the same thing to my XL. I found a cheap take off chrome bumper with the cut outs, but nothing else on it.
Right Fog Lamp Assembly: HC3Z-15200-A
Left Fog Lamp Assembly: HC3Z-15201-A
Fog Light Wiring Harness: HC3Z-15K867-B
Headlamp Switch w/Fog Button: FL3Z-11654-BA
Fog Lamp Assembly Bolts (if req): 9L3Z-19S426-A
Fog Lamp Assembly U-Nut for bolts (if req): W705958-S439
Most parts I got from Ebay like the lamp assemblies ($83 each), headlamp switch ($40) and wiring harness ($23). The bumper I found had the lights taken out so I had to buy bolts but the U-nuts were still in place. I bought the 8 bolts on fordpartsgiant.com for $28.
When you said nothing else, do you mean you only have the metal part? If that's the case, are you just going to swap all of the parts from your current bumper? That's what my plan was at first.
I've got a used bumper here that got dented, but the fog lights, valence, etc are all undamaged & useable. Located in extreme NW OH. Open to offers, shipping could get expensive, but if you're somewhat local...
