My adapter is on its way too---interested how it'll work with using my M18 batteries with the antique Ni-Cad 14.4 volts tools I still have. I tend to forget how "old" a lot of my Milwaukee tools are as they simply keep working. I don't use them all day every day nor do I abuse them but their quality is what's always drawn me to them.

That's an amazing chart and article in your link. While I tend to hate any USA brand that's sold to China etc if the new outfit is committed to the original design and quality even an old dinosaur like me has to learn to accept its a changing world.
