Was a really bad week for a friend of mine-- lost 25-30 head of calves due to flooding and several feet of snow- cold temps with high winds! Poor guy that $50000 dollars of the farms income gone for the year.

He will get about $200 dollars a head-- if he can find the calves-- some WAS eaten by predactors-- You can't really insure cows. Poor guy.
